I design the brand, build the product, and automate the boring bits behind it.
I'm Adeel, a product designer and AI automation engineer from Karachi. Since 2013 I've worked with agencies, fintech firms, healthcare startups and e-commerce brands on identities, websites, Flutter apps, AR filters and data dashboards, and I've led teams as a tech lead and product manager along the way.
These days I design products, build them, and then automate the boring parts so they keep running after launch: test suites for a Swiss ordering platform, image and video pipelines, a blog that writes and publishes itself, and scrapers that feed a sales CRM.
I'm a geek in the full sense: Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Skyrim, Rockstar games, retro Sega, LEGO, and any excuse to go camping off-grid. That's why this portfolio is also a game. Walk around, open things, and say hi at the Post Kiosk.

Larky is a Swiss online ordering platform that gives restaurants their own branded ordering sites for a 2% commission. As it grew, the team needed confidence that every release, every restaurant site and every printed QR code actually worked, without testing it all by hand.

Shaigan Pharmaceuticals has made medicines in Pakistan since 1993. To back its Esso "Healthy Life, Healthy Stomach" campaign, they wanted a step challenge: an app that gets people walking, counts every step and turns it into a friendly competition.

Optimum Premium Detailing is a car-care studio, backed by Optimum Motorsport since 2002, specialising in paint protection film, ceramic and graphene coatings. They needed a steady stream of explainer content for services that are hard to explain in a single photo.

Cineplay Lounge is a basement cinema, PS5 and VR lounge with a cafe in Bahria Town, Karachi. One cashier runs the whole venue from 2 pm to 2 am, so bookings, orders, the kitchen and payments had to live in one fast system that works in the dark.

Find My Doctor is a web and mobile app that connects patients in Pakistan with doctors across specialities, and gives doctors a smart appointment system to manage their patients. It needed an app people would trust, and a way to reach them.

NCCPL publishes daily trading figures on its website. They wanted those numbers on social media every day as a polished, on-brand post, without someone redrawing a chart each morning.

Ran client accounts and website delivery, trained the team on project management and QA, and launched products in e-commerce, automotive and marketing automation. Picked up SEO along the way.
